All orders come standard with human Remi hair and bleached knots unless otherwise specified.

Base:
There is a wide array of bases from many manufacturers - we’ve tried them all and narrowed
the field down to only the best and most undetectable bases for our clients.
SFS Super Fine Swiss Lace:
Our most undetectable and natural hair system. Ultra light and disappears on the scalp — looks incredible! Virtually invisible!
French Lace (#64):
More durable than SFS and virtually as good disappearing qualities. Strong!
I-Lace:
This uses hair 'sandwiched' between two layers of SFS. You won't believe how realistic this looks - knots are absolutely undetectable!
PSB (Poly Skin Base or artificial skin):
Ultra thin skin - each hair strand is individually injected into the base to replicate the lift and naturalness of real hair. Looks just like real hair growing out of your scalp!
3" SFS Front Plus French Lace Base:
The best of both worlds! Undetectable front hairline and durable base.
Exercise Base:
Designed for those that need a special base for working out, jogging, biking and just
being active! A special combination of strength plus breathability designed by 'BA' himself!
Base Size and Front Contour:
We offer 3 standard choices that can be trimmed if necessary to cover your scalp. For the best
fit we recommend that you make a template of your bald area (instructions on the Order Guide)
and send it to us with your first order. We'll keep the template 'on file' in your personal
account. Once your template is 'on file' it's easy — just mark 'on file' for future orders.

Hair Color:
We recommend sending in a sample of your own hair for a perfect match.
After that it's a snap - just select 'on file' for future orders.
Below is a sample of just some basic colors based on the New Image
Men’s Color Chart. Remember, these colors should be used as a guideline as colors vary due to the
digitizing process and differences in computer monitors.
Gray:
Select your percentage of gray hair that will be mixed throughout the hair color.
Hair Style:
With freestyle there is no tendency for the hair to go in any certain direction. It allows you the
flexibility to experiment with different hairstyles. Breaks are just less defined than parts in the hair.

Hair Density:
Hair density is simply how many hairs are added to your hair system base.
The newer state-of-the-art bases that we offer virtually disappear allowing
for thinner densities and avoiding the 'wiggy look' - very natural!

Curl and Wave:
Curl size is expressed in millimeters (1 mm = 0.04 inch). The higher the curl size in
millimeters the straighter the hair.

Hair Length:
Up to 6" is included in the price.
7" to 8" hair length $40 additional charge.
9" to 10" hair length $60 additional charge.
Lengths longer than 10" please request a custom price quote.

Priority:
Your order will be will made 7-10 days sooner at the factory than a normal order.
Do not confuse with FedEx overnight shipping - you can choose that at check-out.
Delivery:
Delivery: 4 to 6 weeks upon receipt of your order via First Class US Postal service.
FedEx delivery is available at an extra charge and is recommended for international orders.
