The old forum is just below the new forum. You can go through and read what has been talked about (and is recommended). As for "searching" in the old forum, you'll have to do it manually. There isn't a "search" button where you can type in a word and search that topic (the new forum has this function though).

The old forum should be used to search prior posts. Please use the new forum for all new posts. We've transitioned to the new forum because people have requested a more modern up to date forum--it's a change but it's worth it.
